About Us
The Little House of Shine is a family friendly wellness and learning studio offering mindful and wellness programming for people of all ages. From self empowerment and family mindfulness workshops to family- focused yoga and 1:1 tutoring/coaching. The Little House of Shine provides a safe space for kids, adults, parents, and families to collaboratively commit to growth in mind, body, and soul. Family, social emotional wellness, growth, healing, and interpersonal connection are the focus of our programming, which offers parents and children tools for social emotional learning and personal growth. Both kids and adults benefit from our classes/events/workshops, where creativity is encouraged and fears are pushed through in a safe and nurturing environment.
